Job summary

Genentech in Holly Springs, NC is building a next-generation drug product supply organization. We are seeking a Supply Planning Lead to manage a high-performing team, drive site S&OP, inventory optimization, and alignment with global supply chain strategies for a fast-paced startup environment aiming for commercial launch in 2028.

You will lead the start-up phase and routine operations, implement KPIs, partner with Production and Purchasing, and ensure material availability while controlling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of supply planning or related experience in manufacturing.
• APICS / ASCM certification preferred.
• Advanced ERP and analytics skills (SAP S4/Hana, EWM; Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the site supply planning team and S&OP/IBP process.
• Coach and facilitate Pre-S&OP meetings; resolve capacity bottlenecks.
• Define and monitor KPIs: Schedule Attainment, OTIF, inventory health.
• Lead batch disposition and customer service with inventory transparency.
• Translate demand plan into master production schedules with Production & Purchasing.
• Manage inventory to prevent expiry write-offs; mitigate bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional/global collaboration.
