Job summary

Genentech in Holly Springs, NC seeks an experienced Supply Planning Lead to guide a high-performing team through start-up and routine operations, aligning demand with site execution and global supply chain strategies.

You will build S&OP processes, define KPIs, manage inventory, collaborate with Production and Purchasing, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with relocation support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years in supply planning, production scheduling, or related field.
3+ years in direct people management and team leadership.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana, SAP EWM) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead site supply planning team and S&OP/IBP process alignment.
Coach RCCP and capacity planning; identify bottlenecks and resolutions.
Define KPIs: OTIF, schedule attainment, inventory health, Plan Adherence.
Manage batch disposition and customer service; ensure inventory availability.
Translate demand plan into MPS; collaborate with Production and Purchasing.
Drive continuous improvement; optimize inventory and cross-functional processes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with global supply chain teams.
