Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, to partner with external manufacturers and drive balanced, world-class performance across case fill, inventory and process metrics. The role focuses on lean principles, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

You will own the MPS/DRP/MRP process for external manufacturers within the region, delivering reliable supply plans and communicating decisions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of supply-chain experience; internships count.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for external manufacturers.
• Drive adherence to supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop feasible production and distribution plans using SAP and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to balance production, inventory and capacity.
