SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning to lead external manufacturing supply plans for Warehouse Club. You will own MPS/DRP/MRP, partner with suppliers, and drive inventory, case-fill, and KPI improvements using SAP and Kinaxis.

This role emphasizes Lean process excellence, continuous improvement, and strong analytics, with a first-shift schedule and a weekly remote day. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in supply chain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years in supply chain
• Experience in CP G or consumer goods preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage MPS/DRP/MRP for external manufacturers
• Drive inventory and case-fill performance end-to-end
• Adhere to core supply planning processes and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Own master data quality and compliance
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation options
• Conduct monthly capacity and KPI analysis
• Support Step 3 process with inputs and capacity planning
