SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning to partner with external manufacturers and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for Warehouse Club. You will own the MPS/DRP/MRP processes, drive efficiency, and ensure on-time, in-full product delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply lean principles, and focus on inventory optimization, KPI improvement, and data-driven decision making in a dynamic, global consumer products environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and supply-chain experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for external manufacturers.
• Drive results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimize inventory and case-fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Develop constrained production, distribution and material plans using SAP and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure master data ownership and compliance.
• Escalate supply/inventory risk and drive resolution.
• Measure and communicate KPI performance.
• Support monthly capacity planning and root cause analysis of KPIs.
