Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, to partner with external manufacturers and manage supply planning for Warehouse Club. You’ll drive MPS/DRP/MRP processes, optimize inventory and case-fill, and communicate plans to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes Lean process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement. Remote work is possible one day per week after onboarding, with a total rewards package including incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply-chain experience, including internships.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with SAP planning module, Kinaxis, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned External Manufacturers within respective region.
• Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimizes inventory and case‑fill performance across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Drive decisions and trade-offs that optimize the supply plan, and communicate those decisions to stakeholders.
• Develop constrained and feasible production, distribution, and material requirements plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to balance production, inventory, and capacity.
• Master data ownership & compliance.
• Escalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager & identify options to drive resolution.
• Measure, analyze & communicate key process metrics.
• Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process.
• Monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actions
