Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning to join the Home Storage supply chain. You will manage MPS/DRP/MRP processes for internal and external manufacturers, optimize inventory and case fill, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve the supply plan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in supply chain, with SAP and Kinaxis experience preferred. Remote work is available once a week after 90 days; first shift, hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain.
• APICS certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD is preferred.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned manufacturers.
• Drive results by adhering to core supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimize inventory and end-to-end case fill.
• Communicate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Develop constrained MPS/DRP/MRP plans using SAP and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory and capacity.
• Own master data and ensure compliance.
• Escalate supply/inventory risk and identify options to resolve.
• Measure, analyze and communicate KPI performance.
• Monthly capacity planning and root-cause analysis of KPIs.
