Job summary

SC Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning to join the Home Storage supply chain. You will manage MPS/DRP/MRP processes, optimize inventory and case fill, and partner across production, logistics and finance to deliver world-class service.

The role emphasizes lean improvements, root-cause analysis, and monthly capacity planning, with remote work available once weekly after onboarding. Requires 2+ years in supply chain and SAP/Kinaxis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in supply chain (internships count).
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned manufacturers within region.
• Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies.
• Optimizes inventory and case fill end-to-end.
• Drives decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders.
• Develops constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the horizon using SAP.
