Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning to develop and manage demand forecasts across near-term S&OE and longer-range S&OP horizons. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to translate insights into accurate demand plans.

You will build forecasts from shipment history, customer inputs, promotions, and trends to align supply planning with business goals. This role offers domestic relocation and a remote-work option one day per week after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2+ years of demand planning or related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for the assigned portfolio across multiple categories and planning horizons.
• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review business performance, forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor near-term demand performance and ensure forecasts reflect pacing, promotions, distribution, and other drivers.
• Participate in Steps 1 and 2 of the S&OP process with cross-functional teams to develop the total demand plan.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast errors to identify key drivers and corrective actions.
• Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy.
