Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to own the end-to-end supply plan for a brand from Irvine, CA. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure timely production, delivery, and inventory optimization.

The role requires 5–7 years of planning experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to coach peers in a dynamic environment. AI tools usage and offshore/vendor coordination are pluses.

Formación

• Minimum 5-7 years in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management.
• B.A./B.S. required, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Optimize and balance MOQ requirements with Sourcing.
• Consolidate inputs to build constrained demand plans and manage supply-side alerts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and service levels with Logistics and Supply Ops.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve supply/inventory issues proactively.
• Lead monthly reporting deliverables (supply plans, OTIF metrics) with Finance.
