Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Planning / Inventory Control to own end-to-end planning for our Adventure Sports brands. You will lead the constrained 18-month plan, drive seasonal buys, and optimize inventory across CamelBak, Fox, Bell, and Giro while guiding a team of planners.

You will partner with S&OP, Finance, and Global Logistics to ensure on-time launches, accurate turns, and minimal obsolescence. Strong ERP experience and AI-enabled analysis are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply planning, production planning or inventory management.
• Experience leading people (3+ years).
• Experience running multi-brand consumer products supply.
• Seasonal buy cycle from plan to landed inventory.
• ERP planning systems proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to reconcile data from multiple systems for exec reviews.
• Clear judgment on MOQ, lead times, and capacity trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 18-month constrained supply plan for all brands.
• Lead monthly buy approvals through pre-exec review and MOQ revision.
• Validate monthly inventory roll and season start inventory projections.
• Set MOQ strategy with Sourcing and manage exposure negotiations.
• Govern planning parameters: safety stock, lead times, replenishment calendars.
• Analyze constraints and capacity to resolve allocation conflicts.
• Lead weekly inventory health reporting with forward visibility.
• Drive excess/obsolete reduction with cross-functional teams.
• Approve inter-warehouse transfers and reconcile APLA after buys.
• Track vendor OTIF and press for on-time commitments.
