Job summary

You will balance demand, capacity, inventory and material availability to ensure reliable product delivery. The role requires translating complex manufacturing constraints into actionable plans, driving resiliency initiatives, and collaborating with Operations, Quality, Product Engineering and Business Units to maintain uninterrupted customer supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply planning or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and constraints in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with operations, engineering, and quality.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans that support customer demand while optimizing inventory and service levels.
• Balance demand, capacity, materials, and manufacturing constraints across multiple product families.
• Create and manage short-term and long-term production plans.
• Monitor factory performance against shipment commitments and identify risks to customer deliveries.
• Lead weekly supply reviews and support monthly S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Analyze backlog, inventory, capacity utilization, and manufacturing output trends to drive proactive actions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve shortages, bottlenecks, and operational disruptions.
• Develop delivery recovery plans for constrained products and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Support allocation decisions during periods of supply constraint.
