Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking an accomplished supply chain professional to optimize capacity, lead times and inventory in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will build predictive models, manage WIP, and balance demand with long foundry lead times to drive master production scheduling.

You will partner with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics to improve metrics and deliver opportunities for cost reductions and productivity gains across complex multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in semiconductor/high-tech hardware manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Production Capacity Planning: monitor and optimize allocation across multiple fabs.
• Drive solution development and change management with customer communications.
• WIP Tracking & Lead Time Optimization across global foundries.
• Advanced Supply Chain Analytics: build predictive models and dashboards for multi-tier risks.
• Demand & Supply Balancing: synthesize volatile forecasts with long lead times to drive MPS.
• Inventory Optimization to minimize excess and obsolescence while ensuring fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, Logistics for NPI ramps.
• Identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare, analyze and present SCM metrics to senior management to drive productivity.
