Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring for an experienced Supply Chain professional in Washington state. The role focuses on capacity planning, WIP tracking, and advanced analytics to manage multi-fab operations and long lead times.

You will collaborate with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics to optimize supply chains for high-tech hardware manufacturing. A strong background in semiconductors and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience, with at least 2 years operating directly within a semiconductor or high-tech hardware manufacturing environment.
• ERP & Planning Software proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis, or NetSuite.
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI and strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Domain knowledge of chip fabrication flows, die-sorting metrics, substrate constraints, and manufacturing yield calculations.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Preferred: SQL querying and Python/R for analytics.
• Experience managing geographic supply risks, cross-border logistics, and cleanroom capacity dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Production Capacity Planning: Monitor and optimize allocation across multiple fabs.
• Drive solution development, change management, and customer communications.
• WIP Tracking & Lead Time Optimization across global foundries.
• Advanced Supply Chain Analytics: build predictive models and dashboards.
• Demand & Supply Balancing with long lead times (12–26+ weeks) to drive MPS.
• Inventory Optimization to minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics.
