Job summary

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced planning systems, aligning business strategy with system capabilities to drive improvements in service, inventory, and efficiency. Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles.
• Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or Business; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve key supply chain KPIs (OTD, forecast accuracy, inventory).
• Architect and implement advanced planning capabilities with SAP S/4, MES, Blue Yonder.
• Define end-to-end planning logic, prioritization, pegging, and capacity modeling.
• Drive change management, deployment strategy, training, and adoption across global teams.
• Mentor supply chain analysts and build organizational capability in planning analytics.
