Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply planning for high-volume electronics manufacturing operations.

You will align component availability with production requirements, mitigate supply risks, optimize inventory levels, and ensure on-time delivery of complex assemblies. This on-site role requires close collaboration with procurement, engineering, program management and manufacturing teams while serving as a key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Business).
• 10+ years of supply planning, materials management, or production planning in EMS/electronics.
• Experience supporting PCB/PCBA, box-build or system integration manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Onsite work five days per week in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans for components, subassemblies and finished goods.
• Manage MRP/MPS parameters, lead times, safety stock, and lot-sizing.
• Identify and resolve supply constraints affecting production schedules and commitments.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, PM, Quality and Operations to ensure material readiness.
• Present performance metrics, risks and recovery plans during reviews.
