Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles.
• Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise initiatives to improve supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Define and document complex planning logic and prioritization strategies.
• Partner with IT and engineering to ensure integration with SAP S/4, MES, and planning platforms.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across global teams.
• Mentor and develop supply chain analysts and functional leads.
