Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a senior leader in Fab Supply Chain Planning to shape front-end planning strategy across its manufacturing network, balancing wafer starts, work-in-process, cycle time, capacity, and service levels against customer commitments.

As the Functional Architect for Order Promiser and Enterprise Supply Planner, you will design planning capabilities, translate priorities into system designs, and lead cross-functional execution with IT and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation within semiconductor manufacturing.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience with planning platforms like Blue Yonder; strong stakeholder management.
• Front-end wafer fabrication knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead fab supply chain planning initiatives to improve customer commit performance and cycle time.
• Standardize fab‑planning processes, decision rules, and governance across units and sites.
• Balance wafer starts, WIP, cycle time, tool loading, and capacity across internal/external fabs.
• Partner with IT to integrate planning with SAP, MES, and Blue Yonder.
• Drive change management and adoption across global teams.
• Define reporting dashboards for planning performance and decision support.
