Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to own material availability and drive end-to-end supply strategy across raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing schedules and supplier operations to keep production moving.

You will partner with Sourcing and Engineering on ECOs, establish safety stock, monitor lead times, and optimize ERP/MRP data.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of supply or material planning experience in manufacturing/high-tech.
• Experience with electronic components, PCBAs, and related supply chains.
• Auditing material readiness and managing CM/EMS relationships.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP for multi-level BOMs and material planning.
• Bachelor's in SCM/IE/Operations; APICS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience using AI for data transformation and anomaly detection.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Eng, Sourcing, Quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute raw material replenishment and master supply plans across lines and BOMs.
• Audit material readiness of suppliers and CM partners prior to production runs.
• Manage end-to-end lead time tracking and risk mitigation for long-lead parts.
• Lead investigations into material discrepancies and UoM conversions.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Engineering on ECOs and part changes.
• Establish safety stock levels, buffers, and reorder points for critical materials.
• Audit inventory reports, material staging, and WIP at CM facilities.
• Coordinate with production cell leads to prevent line-stops.
• Monitor MRP signals to release purchase requisitions and component needs.
• Optimize raw material master data incl. MOQs, lot sizes, supplier lead times.
