Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking a skilled Supply Planner to own supply continuity for critical buy components. You’ll manage parts with high volatility, long lead times, and multi-sourcing, balancing capacity, cost, and risk with hands-on oversight.

You will build manual planning logic where automation falls short, coordinate with procurement, and lead weekly MRP signal reviews while driving improvement across planning processes. A U.S. government clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 8+ years in supply planning or related roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with non-standard sourcing and multi-sourcing.
• Strong Excel for manual tracking tools.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to prioritize under ambiguity.
• U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for defined critical buy components.
• Create manual planning logic for non-automated parts.
• Coordinate multi-source sourcing across suppliers.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters to match supplier behavior.
• Run weekly/daily MRP signals and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare shortage risk reports for leadership.
• Support S&OP with input on constrained parts.
• Identify opportunities to convert manual parts to system-driven planning.
