Parsons is seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Vendor Management professional to support a major program and construction management team delivering a large, multiyear industrial project in the United States. The role coordinates planning, expediting, logistics, and delivery with engineering, procurement, construction, and suppliers to ensure technical, quality, cost, schedule, and documentation requirements are met.

The position is based near Little Rock, Arkansas, on a 4–5 year contract.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in related fields is acceptable.
• Experience managing suppliers and long-lead equipment for large programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain supply-chain and vendor-management plans and reporting.
• Coordinate supplier activities from award through submittals, fabrication, and delivery.
• Track critical procurement packages, vendor milestones, and on-site dates.
• Conduct vendor kickoff meetings to confirm scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Review vendor schedules and verify progress with submittals, inspection results, and delivery data.
• Identify supplier capacity constraints and material shortages; implement mitigation.
