Parsons is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support a major program and construction management team delivering a large industrial infrastructure project near Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves administering the program's risk and opportunity management process, maintaining the risk register, and coordinating mitigation activities.

The position is 4-5 years in duration with remote work in the first year.

Formación

• Master's degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in risk management or related fields.
• Experience administering risk management for large industrial, construction, infrastructure, Federal, or government programs.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Program Risk and Opportunity Management Plan and related procedures.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk register within the PMIS or risk-management platform.
• Facilitate risk workshops and readiness reviews with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate risks across design, permitting, procurement, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning.
• Coordinate mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and trigger conditions with risk owners.
• Monitor mitigation actions and escalate as needed to manage residual exposure.
• Prepare risk dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries for leadership and Client.
