The role emphasizes mentoring teams, building analytical models, and delivering actionable insights that translate to measurable performance gains for multinational clients. You will travel up to 80% during client engagements, collaborating across diverse teams to achieve results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a supply chain consultant and/or experience leading supply chain projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Serve as the primary client interface, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor consultants across the business line with ongoing feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements.
• Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations.
• Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production.
• Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing.
