Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The role partners with IT and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes, delivering end-to-end improvements in value streams and operating models.

You will lead complex programs, influence without direct authority, and support executive decision-making with data-driven analyses and robust change-management

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation and related initiatives.
• Experience across manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, hypergrowth environments.
• Experience creating transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Systems-thinking mindset across people, processes, data, technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs with governance and metrics.
• Align executive leadership and cross-functional teams around priorities.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Provide executive advisory and decision support.
