Qualifications

• 15+ years with enterprise transformation, ops excellence, or similar.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous, and hypergrowth environments.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Systems-thinking mindset to align people, processes, data, and technology.
• Strong IT, financial acumen including ROI and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end value streams, processes, data structures, systems, and operating model.
• Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional decisions with stakeholders across functions.
• Develop data-driven business cases and executive decision materials.
• Drive governance, metrics, and reporting for transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
