Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and order management.
• Experience with Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Understanding of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement processes.
• Experience with inventory optimization and warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP/SCM systems and data-driven supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze current processes to identify cost reduction, efficiency, and automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
• Develop and improve processes across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and inventory.
• Drive planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, IT, and business teams.
• Define KPIs and metrics to monitor supply chain performance.
• Support ERP and supply chain system implementations and integrations.
• Prepare process flows, requirements, and solution documentation.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead workshops and presentations with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage deliverables.
