Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Supply Chain for an onsite contract role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning supply chain domains with SAP GTS, ECC, S/4 HANA, EWMS, and TMS.

This role requires 7–10+ years of SAP project leadership, global implementations, and Agile rollout experience in manufacturing sectors. PMP and strong communication skills are essential, with a focus on delivering complex logistics programs.

Qualifications

PMP certification and SAP Supply Chain PM experience required.
8+ years across business and IT with SAP ERP project leadership (ECC6.0 or S/4HANA).
Must have worked with SAP S/4HANA projects and global multi-national implementations with Agile rollouts.
At least 2 end-to-end SAP ECC6.0 and S/4HANA implementations; 1 in large manufacturing ideal.
Experience with third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and other providers.
MS Office and JIRA.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead across levels.
Ambiguity tolerance and ability to handle multiple projects.
Minimum 8 years leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.
Medical device experience is a plus; supervising experience desirable.
PMP or CSM certification desired.

Responsibilities

Manage timelines and execution of IT and COE-led logistics, transportation, and 3PL projects.
Oversee ideation to implementation of new software systems and scales for product launches and system upgrades.
Develop and maintain integrated Logistics and Transportation program timelines and governance.
Drive global project management best practices for logistics and distribution.
Gain cross-functional alignment with Finance, Manufacturing & Operations, Infrastructure, Quality, Regulatory, and others.
Lead core team and executive steering committee meetings and status reports.
Resolve constraints and risks affecting timely project delivery.
Communicate project status and risks clearly; create and manage project plans.
Deliverables include Kick Off, Detailed Schedule (MS Project/Smartsheet), Budget vs Actuals, Blueprints, Test Plans, Training Plans.
Lead Organization Change Management activities: stakeholder analysis, comms, training material, end-user training.
