Kids for the Future seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Systems to lead our ERP/MRP implementation, focusing on supply chain readiness, process alignment, and user adoption. You will bridge Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, Production and QA to ensure the system delivers business value.

Responsibilities include defining priorities, coordinating departments, and guiding stabilization after launch. A strong understanding of planning, purchasing, inventory, production scheduling, and material flow

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP implementations or similar cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership and program-management skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coordinate across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and IT.
• Proven track record in change-management and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP/MRP implementation across the organization, aligning priorities and teams.
• Improve supply chain processes including planning, purchasing, inventory control, and material flow.
• Serve as the main liaison between Supply Chain and other departments to communicate needs.
• Drive cross-functional discussions and resolve barriers to keep projects on track.
• Support change management, training, and clear process expectations for new systems.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement in supply chain systems.
