Kinaxis is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant for a remote US-based role. You will engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and deliver tailored demos leveraging Maestro resources to address urgent needs.

You will collaborate with sales to ensure progress and handoff to services, while communicating product improvements from customer feedback. The role requires 8+ years in supply chain or pre-sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of supply chain management, implementation or enterprise pre-sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision.
• Qualify prospects according to Kinaxis capabilities and applicability.
• Construct and deliver custom demos using customer data and Maestro resources.
• Create and deliver supplementary presentation materials for demos as needed.
• Follow the sales process and ensure key deliverables are produced.
• Provide feedback to product management on gaps and improvements.
• Produce sales transition documentation for Professional Services.
