Job summary

Kinaxis in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to support pre-sales by applying market domain expertise and product knowledge, working closely with the sales organization to drive target outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will qualify prospects, build and deliver custom demos, create supporting materials, and participate in handoffs to Professional Services, while feeding product feedback from the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain management, implementation or enterprise pre-sales.
• Knowledge of SCM/ERP fundamentals and solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing software and scheduling solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management.
• Adaptable with strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying customer needs and key stakeholders in purchase decisions.
• Qualify prospects based on Kinaxis' capabilities and applicability.
• Construct and deliver custom demos using customer data and Maestro resources.
• Create supplementary presentation materials for demonstrations as needed.
• Follow the sales process and ensure key deliverables are produced.
• Provide feedback to product management on gaps and improvements.
• Produce sales transition documentation for Professional Services and handoff to deployment.
• Communicate product improvements originating from the field.
