Job summary

Dow is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will decide what, when and where to supply for multiple sites, balancing supply and demand over the horizon to maximize product availability and asset utilization.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent and at least 2 years of experience. You will generate time-phased schedules, apply regional/global sourcing rules, and own planning models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at US E6 or Canadian PO2+ is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet business requirements and inventory targets.
• Determine and/or enforce regional or global sourcing rules.
• Own site/regional planning models and ensure efficient information use.
• Coordinate internal demand with utilities and environmental operations at the location.
• Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners to handle unplanned events.
