Dow is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI. You will decide what, when, and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize product availability and asset utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or military experience, 2+ years of experience, and US work authorization with no visa sponsorship. Preferred skills include leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and APICS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E6 rank or Canadian PO2 or higher) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to fulfill business requirements in the short-term, considering plant constraints and service targets.
• Determines and/or executes the most effective regional or global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements or executes existing ones.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models and ensures efficient use of information technology.
• Acts as a local site coordinator/planner for internal demand, utilities or environmental operations.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures volumes meet the plan.
• Identifies and addresses supply issues (capacity constraints, shortages, etc.).
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners for unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data to support planning.
• Supports global supply chain initiatives across the business and shared services.
