Job summary

Dow Inc. in Midland, MI, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to optimize what, when and where to supply across multiple sites. You will balance supply and demand, respect plant constraints and drive customer service targets.

You will own regional planning models, coordinate internal demand and collaborate with service, manufacturing and logistics teams to address capacity gaps and unplanned events. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generates a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term business requirements.
• Determines regional or global sourcing rules.
• Implements external manufacturing agreements or executes existing ones.
• Owns and operates site or regional planning models.
• Serves as local site coordinator for internal demand and utilities.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures alignment with the plan.
• Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and partners during unplanned events.
• Maintains production parameters and master data for planning.
• Supports global supply chain initiatives with cross-functional teams.
