Dow Inc. in Midland, MI is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist to plan and optimize schedules across production sites, balancing supply and demand and aligning with inventory targets.

You will work with manufacturing, logistics and customer service to implement sourcing rules, maintain master data, and resolve short-term capacity constraints, with a focus on asset utilization and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience (US/E6) or Canadian equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Generates time-phased supply schedules meeting short-term demand and inventory targets.
• Determines regional/global sourcing rules and external manufacturing agreements.
• Owns and operates site/planning models and validates master data for planning.
