Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Supply Chain Process Coordinator in Shelbyville, IL to oversee and stabilize cross-functional supply chain processes. You will ensure accurate data flow across Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and Production, supporting day-to-day execution and process standardization.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on root cause analysis, process improvement, and ERP/MRP alignment, aiming to reduce inefficiencies, cut manual steps, and improve shipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Strong data analysis and ERP/MRP workflow experience.
• Experience coordinating across Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison across Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, Production, Supplier Development, and Supplier Quality.
• Coordinate shipment, inventory, and documentation information flow.
• Investigate part shortages, premium freight, inventory issues, and supplier problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Maintain international shipment tracking and documentation.
• Support ERP shipment creation and tracking.
• Prepare in-transit reporting for month-end close.
• Assist with freight invoice coding, review, and vouching.
• Create and distribute supplier scorecards.
• Support supplier audits and onboarding documentation.
• Validate data accuracy in ERP.
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist with improvements.
• Provide backup support to Purchasing and Logistics.
