Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions, LLC in Phoenix, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to handle transactional and administrative tasks across procurement, inventory control, production, receiving, and Accounts Payable.

You will manage NAV/Navision transactions, create purchase orders, track open orders, resolve discrepancies, and communicate shortages or delivery risks to internal teams, ensuring material availability and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of admin, purchasing, inventory, receiving, production control, supply chain or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience entering and maintaining transactions in an ERP/MRP system; NAV/Navision preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely supply chain transactions and supporting documentation in NAV/Navision across purchasing, receiving, inventory, and production.
• Create and maintain purchase orders based on approved requests and replenishment needs; verify item numbers, quantities, pricing, terms, and delivery dates.
• Track open purchase orders and inbound shipments; follow up, expedite, or escalate late or at-risk deliveries.
• Coordinate with Receiving to process receipts and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, packing slips, quantities, damaged material, or incorrect items.
• Create production orders and post material consumption, production output, and related journals in NAV/Navision.
• Create and process inventory transfers, approved adjustments, and other stock movements with traceable documentation.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits; research variances and coordinate corrections with appropriate departments.
• Support Accounts Payable by maintaining purchasing/receiving records and resolving PO/receipt/invoice matching discrepancies.
