Kids for the Future is seeking a Project/Purchasing Supervisor to support the Manager Supply Chain Systems during ERP/MRP implementation and to lead day-to-day purchasing operations after stabilization. The role requires coordinating schedules, action items, and cross-functional communication to keep projects aligned with business priorities.

During implementation, you will help with process alignment, user readiness, and supplier coordination, ultimately transitioning to purchasing leadership,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP implementation or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to organize work, track action items, and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP/MRP implementation activities from planning through launch and stabilization.
• Organize project schedules, meetings, action items, follow-up activities, and cross-department communication.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Operations, Finance, IT and others to keep priorities aligned.
