Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Supply Chain Planner in Illinois to manage demand, production scheduling, and procurement for key product lines. The role emphasizes Excel skills, ERP knowledge, and collaboration across Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory teams.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing, familiarity with ERP systems (QAD a plus), and a proven track record in customer satisfaction and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• ERP experience; QAD a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand schedules, revise orders and update accounts.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and issues.
• Prepare floor-level production schedules considering capacity.
• Create forecasts for planning, purchasing and distribution.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and vendors.
• Publish service parts schedule and monitor progress.
• Procure production components and support day-to-day ops.
• Develop ERP reports and identify performance improvements.
• Review BOMs for accuracy and set up new items/suppliers.
