• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with supply chain planning processes including demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficient with ERP/MRP systems and data tools such as Excel and BI platforms.

• Lead planning and procurement strategies across complex value streams to ensure material availability.
• Optimize inventory and identify supply and capacity risks; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, finance, and suppliers to support a reliable supply chain.
• Mentor junior value stream planners and drive continuous improvements across value streams.
• Manage value streams with significant financial impact and align with revenue, margin, and inventory targets.
