Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field; APICS CSCP desirable.
• ERP / Planning Systems knowledge.
• Deep expertise in supply chain planning at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Understanding of manufacturing end-to-end supply chain management including demand, supply and inventory.
• Attention to detail and accuracy – essential.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
• Problem solving skills for developing creative solutions.
• Good analytical ability.
• Good business acumen.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP/IPN processes and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control the fulfilment of products from forecast/demand to supplier output in support of commercial, financial and operational plans.
• Translate commercial objectives into executable plans for internal and external suppliers.
• Develop an adaptive and scalable fulfilment model which anticipates future business requirements.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans balancing demand, supply capabilities, financial targets, and inventory optimization.
• Be part of the S&OP monthly process driving S&OP Demand Fulfilment reviews.
• Work cross functionally with internal Supply Chain teams to manage exceptions and maximise revenue.
• Communicate with the SBU’s/Regions on specific fulfilment plans.
• Communicate with site planning on supply priority and urgent requirements.
• In event of supply constraints, shape supply and optimize business performance.
• Lead meetings with site planning teams, Business Unit and Regional Marketing teams.
• Consolidate data and develop integrated views and insights for leadership decisions.
• Ensure planning inputs/outputs are aligned across systems and teams.
