• Lead end-to-end supply chain performance across multiple, high-complexity value streams.
• Perform advanced scenario planning and proactively develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply, demand, and capacity variability
• Support inventory strategies, including stocking policies and network optimization, to balance service, cost, and working capital
• Own and deliver value stream inputs from stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Proactively manage critical suppliers and long lead-time materials, driving risk reduction, and continuity of supply
• Resolve complex cross-functional constraints by evaluating trade-offs across service, cost, and operational efficiency
• Mentor and guide junior value stream planners and team members
• Identify, prioritize, and implement structural and process improvements to enhance supply chain performance and scalability
• Manage value streams with significant financial impact, ensuring alignment with revenue, margin, and inventory targets

As a Supply Chain Planner for Thornton, you will lead planning and procurement strategies across complex value streams to ensure material availability and alignment with long-term demand. You will optimize inventory, identify supply and capacity risks, maintain accurate planning data, and drive process improvements.
