Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an End-to-End Planner to manage end-to-end planning for assigned products. You will lead forecasting, manage shortages, and own PLM responsibilities, coordinating with global supply chain teams to align objectives and optimize planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and timely product delivery across regions. Ideal candidates bring a BS in business or related field, SAP MRP/BI experience, and 3+ years in material planning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP MRP, SAP Material Master data maintenance, SAP BI reports.
• Minimum of three years of material planning experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with inventory analytics, safety stock, ABC/XYZ analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting process for key materials and manage shortages.
• Own PLM responsibilities including change coordination and new product introductions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with business units and hubs.
• Track and analyze KPIs, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process re-engineering.
• Foster agility and resilience to adapt to market changes and demand.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Optimize global stocking locations to balance cost and delivery.
