Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an End-to-End Planner who understands supply chain and production operations to manage end-to-end requirements for assigned products. You will lead forecasting, PLM-related changes, and global planning coordination across functions to ensure quality, delivery, and cost standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely deliveries and optimized stocking across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years material planning experience, preferably with technical products.
• Proficient in Excel with inventory analytics and safety stock calculations.
• Experience with SAP MM / MRP and BI reporting is required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for key materials and manage shortages to optimize delivery and cost.
• Own PLM responsibilities including change coordination and new product introductions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with business units, production, HUBs.
• Track KPIs, identify risks, and resolve issues to improve supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process re-engineering.
• Foster agility to adapt to market changes and customer demands.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Optimize global stocking locations to balance cost and delivery.
