Job summary

IRISS, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to optimize our Bradenton, FL manufacturing operations.

You will own the master production schedule and lead daily production planning, MRP, and supplier delivery planning to translate customer demand into achievable schedules. You will drive short- and long-term capacity planning, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to reduce past-due orders and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years in production and material planning with leadership.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills; CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Experience with MRP, scheduling, supplier delivery control.
• Analytical, collaborative leadership under delivery pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own master production schedule for all production processes and direct daily/weekly schedules by work center.
• Create and release work orders after confirming material readiness and capacity.
• Lead daily planning reviews to compare plan vs actual and assign recovery actions.
• Monitor WIP, backlog, and aging; ensure timely closure of orders.
• Coordinate supplier delivery requirements and changes with Purchasing.
