Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in SIOP or S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or manufacturing planning.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; experience with forecasting and financial impacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop the SIOP playbook and governance.
• Run a four-week cycle of weekly reviews.
• Coordinate pre-reads, attendance, data readiness, outputs, and follow-up; maintain one controlled planning baseline.
• Track actions between meetings and elevate material demand, supply, and financial changes that require decisions before the next cycle.
• Conduct demand reviews with Sales for 3, 6, and 12 months, consolidating demand by customer, product family, and shipment period.
• Build a supply plan with Operations and Supply Chain against the demand outlook for 3, 6, and 12 months.
• Translate demand and supply scenarios into revenue, inventory, operating cost, margin, and cash implications.
