Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a Warehouse Operations Leader in Mesa, AZ to oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping with a focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will drive safety, train staff, and implement Lean/continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and providing operator training.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Project management experience required; strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and regulatory awareness (ISO/FDA/HIPAA/OSHA).
• Handling temperature-sensitive materials and driving operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations.
• Foster a safety-first culture with training, safety audits, and open communication.
• Improve processes to boost productivity, quality, and safety.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Global Logistics Strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
