Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Colorado seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping within a fast-growing CGM logistics network. You're expected to foster a safety-first culture, conduct training and audits, and continuously improve material flow to boost productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Strong leadership and analytics are essential in this role. Experience in regulatory awareness and managing a high-performing team in a scaling environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and providing operator training.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulations (ISO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive materials.
• Experience implementing Operational Excellence.
• Experience in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse distribution operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct safety audits.
• Improve processes, eliminate redundancies, and boost material flow.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; recruit and train staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with logistics strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
