CEVA Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist IV at Mt. Juliet to manage loading/unloading, ensure safe warehouse operations, and provide excellent service to customers.

The role emphasizes equipment operation, cargo verification, and accurate documentation within a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and 1–3 years of related experience in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Driver Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• Able to read and complete basic checklists and forms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage cargo from incoming trucks by hand, with hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift.
• Verify count and condition of cargo; record receipts and log documentation.
• Sort cargo by account or destination and label freight correctly.
• Perform forklift duties and learn containerization of loads.
• Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and organizing equipment.
