Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks an Experienced Manager, Supply Chain Management, to oversee Tier 1 supplier performance. The role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, focusing on optimizing delivery, cost and quality while directing supplier relationships across multiple units.

Requires a University Degree (or Advanced Degree) with relevant experience and strong communication and project-management skills. Travel ~25% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a strategic Tier 1 account across multiple business units.
• Ensure supplier performance meets delivery, quality and cost requirements.
• Identify and implement operational solutions to achieve objectives and remove barriers to delivery.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for sustainable solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve supply chain strategies and mitigate risk.
• Manage projects to support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as needed (~25%).
