Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Experienced Manager, Supply Chain Management to oversee supplier performance for a Tier 1 partner within the Interiors business. The role directs activities between Collins Aerospace and the supplier to optimize delivery, cost and quality throughout the product life cycle.

You will manage relationships across units, drive supplier improvements, and lead improvement projects while traveling ~25% to conduct reviews and audits with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier performance for a Tier 1 account across multiple business units.
• Ensure delivery, quality, and cost requirements are met.
• Identify and implement operational solutions to meet objectives and reduce delivery barriers.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
• Partner with internal clients to improve supply chain strategies and risk mitigation.
• Manage projects supporting strategic initiatives and conduct program reviews.
